Renx Modelling program (Includes Wdump with it). You will need Gmax to use Renx so download that first. I have uploaded that Here. You will also need W3D Importer to import/export w3d models. I have also uploaded that Here. Finally, click here to download the BFME Mod SDK (includes W3D Viewer)
