I love this program. It is a very light weight program so it loads very quickly and supports all normal image formats including TGA (sorry not DDS). It allows you to easily resize or crop art files (makes button art a snap!) and can do large batch conversions with many advanced features (it can rename the files, resize each file, change the format of each, etc). All in all, I've used it extensively while modding and swear by it. Now you don't have to use Gimp or Photoshop to just resize or crop a file. Links / Downloads
