I shouldn't have to log into, or make, a Google account to see this. So I suggest you add the tutorial directly to the site here.
To upload a picture directly is rather simple. In the upper right corner, when you're logged in, there are 4 links;
Items, Files, Preferences, Log Out. Now, click on Files, then you'll know what to do.

Yea, I know :) It's a DDS Plugin for GIMP, I just prefer to use the TGA Format. tis' easier for me.

Had problems with the .tga thing in the beginning. Found a way for GIMP to open .dds files directly without the need to change to .tga! Here's the link:
