EA has made some massive changes to the effects systems since BFME1. With the addition of PCA water planes, reflections, waves, and weather, you now need to take extra steps to make the best looking environments for your maps. This article will cover all aspects of the new water and atmospheric effects systems, and I'm including some handy downloads. This is going to be a long article, so I'm splitting it into sections in the hopes it is more convenient. (or you can just scroll down and read it)
