Now comes the "experiencelevels.ini" Open it and type in the search : isildurlevel As you see Isildur dont have too many levels...By originally he comes level10 and cant evolve like the other heroes. I copyed it from Aragorn and changed few other things too like the skills etc. Just copy that too. Isildur was never ment to be playable, he's mostly just in for some story scenes, the opening and maybe he was supposed to be playable at some point but they didn't bother to take him out.
