WARNING! I'm not sure about the bfme2... in rotwk this changed don't any effect, unfortunately.
rotwk in shadows and other system by using these abilities will not change the texture, the light changes.

!!!I'll show you how to change the cloud to ability of (DarkNess and FreezingRain)!!!
as well as make a more substantial increase the chance of rain and lightning (only effect) in the rain Weather.
